Siouxland Comedy returns to Eddie's Tavern, this time with Alex Kaufman & Ocho De La Rosa!

Headliner: Alex Kaufman
After growing up in over a dozen cities in the US and abroad, Alex Kaufman began doing stand-up during his college years in Tacoma, in the process founding the now iconic Bob’s Comedy Jive. He then moved to New York before ending up in Bozeman, Montana, to get a PhD in theoretical gravity — and then procrastinated so hard he accidentally started the production company, Bone Dry Comedy. Today, Bone Dry runs a circuit of shows bringing the likes of Amy Miller, Billy Wayne Davis, Kate Willett, and dozens of other headliners to multiple cities in Montana.

Since then, he’s featured for Kyle Kinane, Sean Patton, and more, and performed at festivals including Finger Lakes Comedy Festival, Mutiny Radio Comedy Festival, and Loons on the Lake. You can catch him throughout Montata, and at clubs, festivals, and shows around the country.

Feature: Ocho De La Rosa
Ocho De La Rosa is a little comedian with a big mouth and even bigger heart. Originally from San Antonio, TX and now residing in Omaha, De La Rosa gives a performance that is unique and relatable; and while it leaves crowds laughing, it also leaves them questioning their sanity and maybe their sexuality. De La Rosa seamlessly blends their quirky charm and quick wit in performances across many Midwest bar stages and the occasional comedy club. De La Rosa puts their heart on the stage the same way they put their backwards hat on their head- intentionally fumbled.

Host: Drake Strong
Drake Strong born and raised in Sioux City, and co-runner of Siouxland Comedy has preformed across the miswest and opened for Kevin Farley and Steven Michael Quezada. He jokes about his life, family, and observations of the world with a dark twist at times.
